I checked out the Ashes Lane Fields, Pub Field, Migrant Alley, the Greenhouse grounds and the associated Greenhouse Copse this morning, but didn't find too much different from yesterday, apart from a fly over LESSER BLACK BACKED GULL (61), which is a new species for the months list.
Most of the interest was around the Greenhouse Grounds, with a GREY WAGTAIL present again, as well as 2 of the 3 STONECHATS that I keep seeing :-) A few GOLDFINCHES and LINNETS were feeding on the thistle there, plus 5 SWALLOWS fed around the Greenhouse Copse, where the only CHIFFCHAFF of the morning was also seen.
Plenty of SKYLARK, MEADOW PIPIT, and Thrush species were moving through, no Fieldfare yet though!
There is still the odd Common Darter on the wing, they find what warmth they can in the sheltered sunny spots.

Nice Warren. Might as well sell my stuff the amount its getting used at the moment. Just very depressing that I cannot get out much. Think yourself a lucky man to be in your situation.
Not much to photograph now in the way of macro stuff any way Marc, plus the light will be pretty awful soon. I am lucky though, you're right, at least i can pick the best parts of the day to get out!
